I'd suggest heading over to autozone and picking up a cap and rotor kit for 18 bucks. I think conrad makes it - it has brass terminals and is red(think msd). As for the plugs, I ran those for about a year and they were fine. I don't know if they are worth the extra money over regular plugs, but it's your choice. Normally I'd prefer ac delco parts over others. Shop around for the wires, you can get some decent 8mm ones for a bargain from accel. Again, mostly your preference.

i just did a tune up too... i used rapid fires and i like them so far. i also went with the autozone cap and rotor kit...seems to be a good unit. i want to get MSD 8mm wires, and a new MSD coil... the coil is a good thing to replace especially if yours is old. ive been told if you go with one brand, use that same brand for everything. i.e. MSD coil, wires, cap, rotor etc... but the conrad cap and rotor is a good unit, so use your judgement on the rest. good luck with those plugs...they can be fun

I used an Accel cap and rotor from Kragen, autolite plugs and Jacobs 8.5mm wires from my local speed shop. The cap and rotor were like $18, the plugs were I think $3-4 a piece, and the wires were custom cut for $67.
