t-rally

I have a 92 rs that was running fine until one morning a couple weeks it decided to take about 4 good long cranks to start. For the next couple of weeks it did that until one day it died and never started again. When we poured some gas onto the carb it would fire up sometimes for a few seconds then die even when i gave it gas.

So far ive replaced the spark plugs, fuel pump, and fuel pump relay but to no avail. The fuel pump is getting about 3-4 volts and the fuel pump relay about 9.5 volts. Checked the fuses and spark, all checked out.

WHen the key is turned on i dont get no humming sound which leads me to believe that the problem is defanitely in that area.

What could it be?

sounds like the fuel pumps not running, like you didn't know that. i'd be poking around with a test light, quick and easy way to see if you have power, and check the grounds
