starter wiring....

starter wiring....

is the starter solenoid wiring switch behind the key cylinder, or down more under the dash.....sorry im a ford mechanic, not to familiar with GM steering columns.

The ignition switch is near the firewall, on the top of the column, maybe 8" from the firewall. A long rod goes from the key cylinder along the column to it.

thanks RB83L69, youve been much help more than once. by the way, if you remember the post im talking about, the heads were loose it was the damn torque wrench that was bad. i got the regular head gaskets and its runnin fine.
