Car won't start, then it will
Hello all,
I have a 91 camaro 350 tpi with 58,000 miles. The car sat for a while before I bought it. Two weeks ago I tried to start the car, no go. The starter was working, the battery was cranking the starter fine, and I could hear the fuel pump start when I turned on the ignition. I tested the fuel pressure at the engine, and it showed 45 lbs. I checked the spark and received a yellow spark. Checked all grounds in engine bay and fuses and spark plugs looked fine. Thinking it was the coil, I changed it. The car started right up and drove it for 20 minutes. Tried to start it the next day, no go again. Thought it was the coil, replaced it, same result : start, run, stop, no start. I have since replaced the cap, rotor, control module. Last night I checked the injector connector with noid light. No lights, no start. Tried it again this morning, fired right up, light blinking, plugged that connector back up, and the car fired again. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.
