OK were to start.....My car didnt start one day so i put a load test on my battery and found out it bad so i went and bought a new battery, but the car started and now every once in a while it just decides that she doesnt want to turn over or even give a little crank at that......So my step dad told me to change the alternator so that i did!! BUT IM STILL HAVING THE SAME PROBLEM!!! If you let the car end up sitting about 40 minutes she wont start, but if you then wait another 10 minutes she will start......but if you start the car right after you turn her off she turns over and fires right up!!! PLEASE HELP ME!!!!!!

 

Sounds like a Bad Solenoid.

 

I thought it made a ticking noised if solenoid was bad!

 

Not if its completely dead.

I assure you its not the alternator, tho

Could also be bad Starter wiring.

Might as well replace that as its cheap and probrably nessicary at this point.
