Can you identify this screw?

I opened my door today and this fell out. I have no idea where it came from. Im guessing its my door because thats when it fell, but I cannot find out where it goes

It almost looks like one of the fasteners for the interior trim.

Hard to tell from a picture though.

Armrest fasteners are torx. All interior trim is either torx, 7mm hex or 5.5mm hex. I don't know of ANYWHERE on a GM car that uses slotted screws other than the idle screw in the TB. The only other time I've ever used a slotted screwdriver was for hose clamps.

I've never seen a screw like that, although I'm not intimately familiar with the inside of my doors. I'd suggest pulling off the door panel on the passenger side and looking around to see if the window track has anything like that. I think all of that crap is riveted though.
