Power up

I'm fixing my car up big time come spring... Right now it does ok it's pushing about 260hp but this guy says I can't beat him so with your help hopfuly I can prove him wrong. Ok the layout... I have just ordered a new crate engine 350 stock 320 hp 380 tor. My rear end already has 3.42.

Specs of the engine I just orderd are as follows:
Horsepower: 330 hp @ 5,000 rpm
Torque: 380 ft/lbs @ 3500 rpm
Compression Ratio: 9.1 to 1
Block: Cast Iron 4-bolt, 4.000" Bore
Crankshaft: Cast Nodular, 3.480" Stroke
Heads, Chamber Size: Vortec Cast Iron, 64cc Chamber
Valves (I/E): 1.940"/1.500"
Camshaft, Lift (I/E): 0.435"/0.460" Hydraulic
Dur. @ 0.050" (I/E): 212/222 degrees
Intake: Not Included

Parts I have looked for and plan on adding are as follows
1. Manifold, Eliminator Vortec Design
2. Hooker headers 1 5/8 in. primary tubes, 3 in. collectors, ceramic coated
3. holley 750cfm
4. cam kit - Grind: 262
Lift: .462''/.469''
RPM Range: 1300-5600

That is about it so far I would like advice if anyone has any to give. My horse power goal is about 400 - 410 my torque goal is about 450 - 475. Any ideas?

I'd get some Hooker 1 3/4 headers for that much HP.
