hi,
i need some more help with my 84z,my motor is in,and everything is hooked up now,im waitin on exhaust,but i have a problem,one day i will start,it will start right up,the very next day,or later that day,try to start it,it wont start for nothing,what could be my problem?everything is new on it,new bosch platinum plugs,the distributor is a accel unit,and was rebuilt not to long ago,i have a brand new accel coil,new accel wires,the carb is a brand new carter 625 with elec. choke,but the choke isnt hooked up yet,would the choke be doing this?

 

have you done any trouble shooting? like does it have fire, fuel, compression?

 

without a choke it may start when its warm out or just after it ran and the engine is still warm but when its cold out it may not start because of that.
