where is #1?!? my plugs are way off and i think thats whats causing my engine not to start.

 

is there a magic terminal on the HEI thats always #1??? i need to know its the only thing keeping me from getting my motor going. I tried to find TDC using my haynes manual but im stumped...i just need to know which terminal on a HEI cap would be #1 then i can do the rest from there.

 

happened to my friend once. just look at any other sbc and copy the plug patterns..
