When you order new 28 spline c-clip axles, from Moser for example, do they
come with studs ?

 

If you order them that way.... I think they charge a couple of bucks for them, probably worth it to let them get them in and make sure they're seated. If you don't get them seated, and they later seat themselves as you are driving, it's an instant loose lug nut.
