Engine building suggestions

Well i posted something similiar to this at another message board site but i know this one gets more exposure so i wanted to find out what you guys thought...Also not sure where exactly to post this but the "engine" board seemed like the best place

I am looking at upgrading my engine I wanted to know what you guys thought would be a good direction to go...I am not talking about "regular" bolt ons.

Currently:
ZZ1 GM Crate engine with only 5K miles on it.
this crate engine gives me this base to start with:
Forged Crank
Forged connecting rods
Hypereutic 9.8:1 ratio pistons
Aluminum heads (which ones i am not sure)with 1.94 intake and 1.5 exhaust. 58 cc combustion chambers
Hydraulic Roller zz1 cam 235/235 .480/.480 .512/.512 114deg (this is most radical cam in ZZ* engines)
stock compression ratio is 9.8:1
Higher rise on the intake than any other zz* engine
GM claims 345 hp and 385 torque for a zz2 and so i estimate this engine to be about there but with slightly more torque from the intake.
I am running a 750cfm holley double pumper.
I have hedmen shorties with a 3in inner diam exhaust with no cat and plan to install an electric exhuast cutout before the engine work i done.
I run 3.42 gears, a TH350 and a 3000rpm stall and would like to keep those parts atleast for now.

What i want:
1.)I have a near complete TPI setup at home. It is all stock and i plan on keeping the parts i need to convert over to a Holley Stealth ram with an adjustable fuel pressure regulater and a higher flowing fuel pump.
2.) Heads, probably AFRs though i still have to talk to them... I want to keep smaller combustion chambers and their advertised heads are 68cc...would like to stay closer to 64 or something as i was told on the other site i posted this at.
3.) cam. not sure exactly what i am looking for here. I now know that the single pattern cam thats in the engine is too much for the exhuast i have and too much duration for its amount of lift. A couple cams have been suggested from a guy i trust like,
Competition Cams
08-423-8 224/230 .502/.510 .535/.544 110deg xtreme energy
08-432-8 230/236 .510/.520 .544/.545 110deg xtreme energy
(I like these two the most because of the 110 deg)
and
GM(Crane) 12370846 (222/230/112 with 509/528 lift with 1.5 rockers)
CompCams CCA-230-236-12 (230/236/112 510/521)
LPE 74219 (219/219/112 525/525)

I guess i wanna know what you think or what you might change. thanks

With all that time and cash invested, I wouldn't use aluminum rockers on the street.
