i doubt yul get a performance increase.

either the hole fires or it don't ..

I like NGKs. They seem to span a wider heat range with fewer plug #s. That tells me that they can manage to keep the plug from fouling or contributing to detoniation better than ACs.

They are usually about $1.45 each

If you are a cheapo use the recommended AC delco's THey are made for GM engines.

Champion is for Fords

NGK is for Imports

You can mix them up, but it may not run as efficient or you may be changing them more often

I'm using Bosch Platinum +4's they give a better burn in the cylinder giving you slightly more power, and about 1 mile per gallon more. They are expensive though

i beg to differ the spark can only go to one electrode so having it split it into 4 won't help, the spark itself can't split. i used to have bosch's and the car ran horrible, switched to AC's and it ran like a dream and others have had the same results. AC's all the way, doesn't matter how cheap they are

We had a big thread about this not even a week ago. The general consesus is that most regular generic plugs will work just fine. AC Delco's were my spark plug of choice until i put headers and used accel shorty plugs. All of those other expensive plugs are a waste of money.

Ya know, GM started using AC Delco Iridium plugs which are actually rebadged NGK plugs. They say AC Delco on the porcelain and NGK in fine print on the nut of the plug.
