stock timing?

does anybody know what the stock timing is supposed to be on a 91 ta with a 350? i dont have a timing light. i am going to the track friday and i am just wondering what the best timing would be? so i figured that a couple degrees up from stock would be a good starting place. my friend will be there with a timing gun. also how is the easiest way to adjust the timing? i know how to do it on a mustang, but not on and f-body.

thanks,

david

Stock base timing is 6° BTDC. Remember to disconnect the EST bypass connector and have the engine at operating temperature before adjusting the timing.
