My Car Won't Start

Here is the scoop, I turn the ignition and nothing happens. I am thinking that it might be the starter. But, I am not sure if it is the VATS. Does anyone know?...

first thing i'd do is check the wires to the starter.. see if they're on correctly and such... if they are pullem off and hook up a test light and see if it lights up when you try to start the car.. then your pretty much limited to a starter or solienoid... make sure ya defently look at the wires first though... the heat shielding on one of mine was ever so slightly melted from the heat of the headers before and gave me a buncha nice green fuss inside that stopped my starter from doin ne thing.. just replaced the wire and rerouted it a lil farther from the heat

Everything else that requires electricity works. My CD player, headlights, and my idiot lights come on too.
