LT1 cam vs. LT4 cam????

Anyone know the specs on the LT1 cam? I heard the specs on the LT4 "hotcam" we're 203/210 dur. @.050 and .476/.480lift. If so that is the exact cam I have in my motor and I was just wondering which was better. Thanks.

There are several stock LT1 cam grinds, depending on the year and vehicle:

the only thing I would add is that the hot lt4 is rated with 1.6 rockers

Hey I have been cheated. My cam has those specs as you can see above and it sounds nothing like that. It has a smoother idle than that. Duration is what makes the lope sound, right?

overlap is the main factor (while related to dur.. it has a larger impact)

The wide LSA of the HOT-LT4 will make for a very smooth idle. I would not pass emission without it.
