Thats one of the ASC GTA convertibles. ASC was an outside company that took GTA's, including those with L98 engines, under contract with GM and converted them to convertibles. There is some debate as to whether they are "factory" convertibles. Thats a ****in beautiful car nonetheless.

yes a few did, as it is stated it is rare and the vin# seems right on the money.
