Raise Compression on Higher Milage engine?

I've got a 94 TBI 350 engine. It has about 120,000 miles on it and ran great and burned no oil when pulled. I was planning on putting a set of LG4 heads on it to raise compression. Do you see any problems arising with doing this because of the mileage?

Not really. Just be aware that you'll need to run higher
octane gas, because of the higher compression ratio.

Also the flow of stock LG4 heads is quite modest.
But once you've fully ported them and put in larger valves,
they'll work nicely.
