Car seems slow all of a sudden!

Unless it's just the cold (even though I warm the car up), my car has been getting continuously slower the last month. I used to just punch it and it would really take off, but now it seems sluggish, almost like the clutch is slipping (but I know it isn't!) What might I check? My gauges haven't changed, they still read 190 temp, 60psi oil, 14v alt. HELP!

One easily overlooked part, PCV valve. When these go it really makes a difference in TPI engines for some reason.

more info

Well, I have no cat, so that prob. isn't it but I will check the PCV and the TPS. Does oil get thick in the cold, or would that not matter as long as the car was warm?
