Stock L98 cam specs
Can someone confirm if these are correct?
.415"/.430" lift 206/212/ degrees duration 117.5 LSA
If not, can someone tell me what the stock L98 cam specs are?
Thanks

Those numbers are correct for the 88-89 L98s.
90 to 92 L98s had .413 .428 202 207 114.5.

One more thing.. do you guys know what the powerband of this stock cam is? I was reading some posts which said not to go too high on the stall, maybe 300 above what the peak power band is. Then I saw that stock might have a 1600 stall, so then a 2400 stall seems to be very extreme to switch to with the stock cam.
Can you guys make sense of my question? I've got the stock 91 L98 cam, 3.23 posi and 245/50 16inch wheels. What would be a good stall for a daily driver with no real engine mods.
A 2400 stall was recommended to me but I just want to be sure I know what I'm doing before I lay the money down..
Thanks.
