Just as I am about to head to work..i turn the ignition and the engine wont start. I thought it may have been a dead battery or the alternator(just bought alternator about a month ago) all my power is workin when the acc..'s are on. SO, I thought..i just got my new March pulleys installed today by a MECHANIC..yea,lazy me...when i got it back today, i noticed the battery meter on the dash would not move..and was VERY close to red. i drove it back to my house fine and dandy.. washed the car..i thought mabye water leaked onto the distributor, but i dont think so..i recently had a new starter installed a month ago too. When i tried to start it first..it gave a small ooomph then gave up..now, it just gives a little click(new spark plugs, connections, rotor cap and all that good stuff recently installed too) I thought mabye my open air element hit my coil wires..but there not even close...man...i don't know what to do..no mechanic around here is open now or tomorrow... I really hope you guys know or at least have an idea as to what it is...i just got the pulleys installed today..so i don't know if that would have to do with anything. i checked them too and everything looks bolted on right..right belt too..sorry for the long message...my babys sick and i need your guys' and girls' help....pleaaaaseee...i know my details are very vague..ill be on at 7:15 eastern time to check back..THANK YOU EVERYONE for taking the time to read this, and/or help me! you guys are awesome:hail:

 

Any moderator whos sees this can delete it..im not sure how to delete my own threads...i found the problem..can you believe it was my battery? geez
