My car was broken into. Whoever it was snapped a few peices off of the top area right behind the steering column. (where the turn signal handle and tilt hadnle go in). What is the name of this part? How much would it be at a junk yard? What if I were to get the whole peice behind the wheel? Thanks.

You can either scrounge one from a recylcer's yard or get a new one from the dealer.
