No holes in hood insulation, what do I do?

I ordered hood insulation for my 1992 Firebird from www.1aauto.com and it didn't come with any holes in it. I don't believe it will stay up without the pegs. Did they send me the right one? It looks similar just without holes for the pegs. How can I cut the holes? Any suggestions???
