Intake Manifold Dimensions

Does anyone know the dimensions for a regular small block chevy manifold? For instance, if I were to lay down a manifold flat, how long would it be?

For example the intake looks like..

\____/

what would the dimensions be if it looked like..

_______

Also, what is the angle of the intake port/head mating surface?

Thinking about a custom sheet metal intake, are we?

The width of the base is 5.962", and the faces of the heads are 2.40" each, making the total length 10.762" (remember to consider the radius of the bends when calculating total length). The angle of the head intake flange to the cylinder deck is 80°, so the angle of the intake flanges to the lifter valley end walls (China Walls) would be 35°. In other words:

Just a little more to consider - the compressed thickness of a typical intake flange gasket is aroud 0.062", and you'll need to leave some space under the intake for sealant/gaskets as well.
