Ok my intake manifold was leaking and i had no power and was making a whistling noise when i got on it so i got it replaced. my car still has no power after getting it replaced and it still makes the whistling noise that i thought was from the intake manifold but i guess it isn't . My car can hardly spin the tires what could be wrong with it ?? would a fuel filter make my car loose alot of power ?? Or could it be something with my trans or rear ???

 

best guess I can make is that you have a vaccum leak somewhere. that might cause the whistling noise, but since you have the L98 it would also make it run like crap so I don't know , look around the engine bay for loose stuff and try to find where the whistling is coming from.

check your timing too, do the usual tune-up and see if things improve.
