running bad,tunning questions?

Car: 89 formula 350
Engine: 402 CI ls2 with tvs1900
Transmission: t56
running bad,tunning questions?
i will make this as brief as possible, just got my car running again after 7 years of deep sleep.
89 formula with 383, lingenfelter/accell super ram, etc etc etc. the car used to run fine but about 7 years ago replaced intake with super ram and just stopped working on it( I don't know, I guess I got busy). i recently took the car to a local perf shop and they got it running for me (drop and draine fuel tank, sevrviced all the vitals, checked for vaccum leaks, and checked codes).it starts and idles fine, when you rev it up its a little slugish and if you get on it sputters alot. i have only run it for about 1 hour total. i know i need to adjust the fuel pressure, timming, and i will also pull and check the plugs to see if any are running lean. another concern is the injectors were brand new 7 years ago 26# if i can remember right. dirty injectors could be my problem, but i am going to pull the plugs and that should tell me. is there any thing else i need to check after all of these problems are ruled out? the exhaust was cut off to drop the tank and its loud as hell, but i don't think loss of back pressure is my problem here.
