pully problems

My tensioner pully is making a rattling noise and seems "loose" and is experiencing more movement (back and forth, doesnt stay stationary) than usual when the motor is running so do I need to replace this now too or what????

Just get another one. The autotensioners are cheap and easy to replace.

Yup, sounds like the bearing is failing. You can get a new bearing for about $9 and replace it yourself, or get a new tensioner for about $25.

actaully, getting a "quality" new set of bearings is probably the way to go. That way you can be assured that it wont fail again. Ive taken them out of the autotensioner pully before and theyre easy to remove.
