Engine missing -- bad coil?

My 84 Camaro developed a miss after 20 minutes of driving. I replaced the distributor cap and rotor, but the problem still occurs. When I park the car for a while and restart it, the problem goes away. Should I replace the internal coil? Any suggestions? Thanks

Re: Engine missing -- bad coil?

I would guess coil and plugs and wires.
