Power Steering Pump
Do I need to remove the Power steering pump pulley to remove the whole pump??
My service manual seems to call for it but I'd like to ge the whole thing off as one piece since I don't have a puller and can't really afford one.

You shouldn't have to pull the pulley to get the pump off.
But if you do have to remove the pulley for some reason, you can "rent" a puller/pusher from Auto Zone and elsewhere, for free.

dont rent one, i picked up a puller and a installer for my harmonic balancer for 30 bucks. i dont know if the pulley for the power steering pump is different from any other pump, say the water pump pulley, but i used 2 wrenches to get my water pump pulley off and on.

power steering pump pulley is pressed on, have to take it off usually to get the pump out of the brackets, you can rent the puller from most parts stores just a deposit and get it all back when you are done
