High speed miss
Lately my car has been displaying a high speed miss when driving at WOT. It seems to only do it when the engine is warm. Is it common for an engine to miss if the gasoline begins boiling in the line? The miss feels more like ignition though. I have my gas line almost touching my header collector. There's a wrap of header tape around the header, but the fuel line is no doubt getting hot. while idleing I do not see any bubbles in my clear filter. When it's off, it begins to boil however.
Also, how long do plug wires usually last? I bought a set of slightly used MSD 8mm about 2 1/2 years ago. Perhaps it's time for a change? Any way of checking them?

define*miss* and boiling gas is never a good thing lol, any way you car run the line a lil further away from the headers? check the wires for crack/burn marks, ....check your plug as well , make sure they look decent....ignition module is a common thing to die when the car is hot.....i had this same problem but replaced about 20 things til i figured out what was wrong

it feels like an ignition miss, however it is not a consistant miss. the engine will surge full power then you can feel a drop in power, and then it will clear up again in an irregular pattern.
It seems to happen more with speed. through 1st it is fine, most of the time through 2nd is fine. 3rd is the worst for it.
I have an A/F guage in my car, but I haven't noticed much of a fluctuation with the readings when it 'misses'.
