Problems between 1000-1500 rpms

I'm at loss here. Basically the car hesitates, shakes, and pops when first starting off in 1st, and then just has a really bad hesitation under 1500 rpms in all the other gears.

I changed EGR, TPS, MAT, Cap, Coil, Rotor, Plugs and Wires. Set the timing 6* and TPS .54. Not to mention, cleaning the Throttle Body and checking for vacuum leaks. I don't know what else to look for. Any help would be GREATLY appreciated. Thanx.

well have an update, tried advancing the timing to 8*, the problem got worse, so I backed it off to 4*, same story got worse. I also tried some K&N's and the situation remains. Could an o2 sensor be causing my problem, considering it pops under the car?
