How deep into the 13's could my TBI get with these mods?

I have edelbrock headers and full 3" exhaust, torquer 305 heads, high rise dual plane intake, 670cfm TBI, 65LB/HR injectors, Custom burned Fastchip(will reburn after), 1.6RR, Open Air Element with Cowl Ind hood (soon to be "boxed in" for cold air induct, thanks tommyws6) 3.42 gears, and SLP posi. When I get a L31 shortblock and put in my 204/214cam(mild yes but smooth idle and strong midrange), How deep into the 13's would this get me? Oh, I will have a 2200rpm stall converter and Nitto drag radials. Thanks, I just want to beat my dad's Z28. 78 350, runs low 14's to high 13's.

Oh, and my headers are Jet-Hot coated, and compression with this engine would be around 9.6 to 1. I know Shane got mid 13's with a bigger cam, stock stall converter and not alot of traction. Not sure on the chip he used though.

I am already in the friggin high 14's(judging by it pulling harder than before when I ran a near 15 flat with stock heads), with stock converter, peanut cam, compression and with a 305. I haven't been to the track after my heads. Still gotta tune it also, changing the O2 sensor tommorow.

It's hard to say exactly what you'll do, but most likely you will be in the mid to high 13's.

I'd say maybe high 13's. I've been looking and TBI is great at autocross thanks to the low torque to power out of the corners. But when it comes to the 1/4 it's hard since TBI doesn't have such long "runners" like TPI and the 5.0 rustangs. The long tubes help with the flat hp and torque arcoss the board. So I really have to say high 13's and if you can do better than that then I'm an idiot. SO prove me an idiot please.

Yeah, I am hoping for at least a 13.8 at around 98-100mph. My dad has a 350 with a pretty rough idling cam, stock heads, high rise intake, open rearend, 3.08 gears with 28" tall tires and a 3000stall converter. It pulls alright but not traction with the BFgoodwrench tires and open differential. I have quite a bit into the car but alot of stuff is building a foundation for a solid car, like the gears and posi and exhaust. Probably around a little over $2000 right now, but I mean if I put my 85dollar summit cam in this engine, I would drop over half a second. But I will wait for the 350shortblock. Hopefully this winter.
