spark plug emergency

alright guys, ready to cry for me???? i rounded off one of the spark plugs in my 305, namely the number 3 cylinder . you guys got any tips on how i can get this out. i fear for my baby's existance. the plugs dont look all too bad, and theyre the same ac's that i bought, but id like to change them all (only makes sense). any help would be GREATLY appreciated.

Try a six-point impact socket on it. There's a metric size that also might fit it tighter.

the only problem with the impact is i dont have an air compressor where it is. thanks for the metric idea tho.

I don't mean necessarily an impact gun; just an impact socket. Go to Sears and look at them, you'll see why.
