Yes you can use an 89-92 T.B. on a MINI-RAM, as long as you use the TPIS supplied piece of ALUMINUM that mounts to the LEFTSIDE FUEL-RAIL front bolt. This will allow the 89-92 throttle cable and T.B to work PROPERLY withthe MR. Call TPIS and have them send you one if they didn't supply it with your MR. HTH's
