I am screwed unless someone can help me...BBK Throttle Body
Well I was in the process of putting on my BBK THrottle Body when the worst possible thing happened. The piece on the bottom of the throttle body won't come off. It is the piece where the coolant goes in and out and the Air Temperature Sensor goes in. Well I tried taking the screws out and the tops broke off of 2 of them and other bad things. Unless someone can tell me how to get these screws out or what I can do to by pass all of this system I figure this will cost me lots of $$$$$$ to replace that part. I dunno what to do any ideas?

I have to look better but I know there is a tb bypass mod that might help you. I'm not sure if this will work because I don't know if you IAT sensor will still function...it may have to be relocated.

you cant bypass all of it,, you can bypass the coolant hoses(look at the article in the tech section). but the IAC, you need that, you CANT relocate it. it is not the IAT (aka MAT sensor) its the idle air control sensor and you need it there. GET THOSE SCREWS OUT!! good luck
