Which valve springs/pushrods for LT1 cam?

My friend dropped the price of his LT1 cam to $50 and now im looking at Comp 1.6RR and Valve springs/pushrods. Can I keep the valve springs/pushrods/RR/lifters I have now and put the LT1 cam in?

If not then what size/kind of valve springs/pushrods should I get? Thanx

SSBO

I don't know, what springs, heads, and motor do you have now?

Blue,

There are a few more pieces of information needed to make any kind of recommendation:

What "LT1 cam" are you using? There were at least five;

What is the mass of the valves?

What RPM do you expect to turn before valve float?

The selection of springs and push rods depends upon more than physical dimensions.
