Hi

I swapped a 350 into my 84 Z over the winter and topped it with a pair of vortec heads, Edel 2116 intake, and my Q-jet. Knowing that this intake was taller than stock I got a drop base open element air cleaner to suit but it doesn't even come close to fitting under the stock hood.

So, does anyone know what will fit? I'd love to get a cowl hood but that seems like an excessive & expensive fix for an otherwise minor problem.
