Transmission: 700R4
Starter connection--HELP

Hi, I can't remember the wireing for the solenoid. I got a new starter, it's in I must have the wires wrong. There is power, lights.....ect. Turn the key nothing? What is the right wireing sequence. For my 86 IROC

It's kind of hard to screw up. All the wires with big connectors on them go on the big terminal, and the only one with a small ring(the purple one) goes on the "S" terminal, which is the one closer to the block of the 2 small ones.

Make sure the posts on the new solenoid are snugged down tight. I got one once that they were really loose and caused all kinda of problems for me until I figured out the problem.
