should i use the china wall gasket when sealing intake?
i've never used the gasket that comes in the intake kit and just globbed on RTV but this time around when i did that i got a pretty decent oil leak going, i'm going to reseal it tuesday. should i use the rubber china wall gaskets or just RTV?

I've always just used RTV and never had a problem.

I wouldn't. I have never seen one of the china wall gaskets actually seal properly. Now that I think about it, Felpro stopped putting them in the TPI gasket kits and included a bottle of RTV cause it works much better. Just make sure you've got a clean surface and the RTV will work much better than the gasket.
