engine, 350

engine, 350

Just recieved a buick 1969 350 cid engine. But was told by one of my mechanic friends that It will not fit into my 1987 chevy camaro.

Anyone positive on this? thanks again

It will not "bolt" into your Camaro, but you can make it "fit".

heh

that makes me all warm and fuzzy on the inside Know if it would bolt in to my stock tranny (TH-700R4) or any insight? heh, would it be better to just go grab a chevy 350 running engine and pop it in.

Yeah it would be better. You would have more aftermarket and it would be an easier install.

The buick and olds 350s are quiet a bit different IIRC.

thanks for the info, probabbly going to make a go kart with my new buick 350 motor, and buy a 350 chevy.
