Potential Engine Combo- whats your opinion?

hey people- i'm gonna be getting a new engine, and this is what i've been thinking of so far- lets hear your opinions

406 shortblock from Coast High Performance
(see the June '03 issue of Chevy High Performance)
406 Article from CHP

Trickflow heads/cam matching combo

TPIs Miniram Intake

how much power do you think i'll be making?
what all will be needed to make it work in my 91 Z28
Will a 94-97 T-56 bolt right up to it since its a small block?

any and all info is appreciated..

Better heads, cheaper intake. Unless your made of money, then just by everything from TPIS.

That's just my opinion. And you know what they say.

Yes there are. AFRs are very nice. So are the Proline lightening heads. Although for my application the Prolines worked out better b/c they offered a 64cc chamber. The AFR's were either 74cc or 68cc. Which would've left me w/ a whopping 8.6:1 c/r.

Trick flows are a good head. I'm just not a big fan of them. If you want to go big, look into brodix track 1 or one of Darts heads. Keep in mind, those heads are ment to produce HP not tq. Most of the time they have a cam over .600 lift as well.
