I have my 305 beefed about as much as it will go. It's faster than most..but still not really fast. Looking back I could have bought a 350 by now if I'd just put away all the nickels and dimes I've spent in mods..wish I had.

EDIT: well..beefed up as much as it will go without major money outlay. I don't have a blower, NOS, new heads, or a monstous cam.

i've modified and rebuilt them before and they turn out pretty decent for the average person. 14's isn't hard at all to get them to run in a third gen and that's fast enough for most people. just depends on what makes you happy.
