Out of the box, the vortecs will make more power and torque
than the S/R torquers.

They simply flow much more air.
The vortecs have a advanced fastburn combustion chamber.

The S/R torquers are a well made head. The as cast ports don't flow much more than a stock GM head. But, they can be greatly improved with porting.

Was not aware Dart made a 49cc head.

they do, I didn't believe it either, but I saw a pair, they look weird with this tiny chamber but its almost kidney shaped because they fit 2.02/1.6 valves in it... it's supposed to be for MEGA-compression, with 9:1 pistons (with a 64 cc head) it's supposed to increase compression to 12-13... I don't know if I believe that, BUT they look promising
