ok, about once every other day or so, i'll be driving-- push in the clutch to slow down and the car will die. it runs great besides that. no overheating problems, no idle problems.. it just dies at random times- i cant find a link to them. any idea?

I would start with fuel pressure. My car used to stall like that, but a little more often than what you describe. Problem went away after installation of my AFPR. I didn't have a guage on it before the new requlator, but I'm guessing it was a little low.
