Fumes in comming out of my AC.
Everytime I use my AC I smell the fumes of the engine. I smell the carbon monoxide. My girlfriend smells it and I think it even gets us high. Has anyone ever eliminated all smell of fumes within the inside of the car.

B69,
First, the gasses you inhale from an exhaust won't get you high, but might get you dead. Even in the CO doesn't completely overcome you, you'll start to get sleepy and slow, and might do something stupid like drive into a tree.
Fix the problem and keep a window open until you do so. Incidentally, carbon monoxide has no odor, so you're probably smelling oxides of nitrogen and hydrocarbon gasses, but you can bet there's CO mixed in there.
I have no exhaust odor in my car, so it isn't something you have to live with. The fresh air for the air conditioning, heater, and defroster enters the car at the cowl vents at the lower edge of the windshield. There is a thick tubular rubber seal attached to the rear edge of the hood that is supposed to prevent gasses from the engine compartment from entering the cowl vent intakes. Make sure that seal is in place and is in good condition. It would be worth replacing.
