Somebody Reccomend a Cam For Me
the motor is the same as in my sig. I had a collapsed lifter, so I need to tear it apart anyway, and sisnce I'm not real ecstatic about my powerband, I figured why not throw in a new cam. Carb is 600cfm electric choke, Performer intake. Heads are stock, 700-R4, 3.08 one tire fire. I'm not looking to be the fastest car in Kalamazoo (Yes there really is a Kalamazoo) Just decent power and, if possible decent economy too. Thanks in advance.

Assuming you have a 305, the Crane PowerMax 260 or 266, or Comp XE 250 or 256.
With your 3.08 gears I'd stay conservative, i.e., the first one of either company.
