running on 3 cylinders!
i am dead serious. I replaced the computer and plugs, and now my car starts, oooh yah. haha. However, it still runs like crud. It sounded like it was running on 7 cylinders, so i unplugged the wires at the distributor one at a time and numbers 2,4,6,8(yes the whole right side) and 7 did not affect the engine at all while disconnected.
then i swapped wires with number 5 and 7 to see if it was the wires that were bad, and number 7 still did not affect the engine.
so does that mean that number 7's plug is bad, how could this be if i just swapped plugs?

You need to gap the plugs if you didn't. You can check to see if your plug wires are ok by attaching a multimeter to the wire (positive side on one edn, negative on the other) and getting a reading. about 4-10 kilo-ohms ( I think that's the right unit) is what they should read. There are lots of other problems such as poor timing, a cam that is degreed in wrong, or even injectors that are not firing. There are too many problems possible for me to guess. good luck.

i gapped all the plugs timing is 6 degrees btc, cleaned injectors that all read 16 ohms, no vacuum leakes, checked with tb air cleaner, new cap and rotor and distributor, rebuilt engine, new cat, i can't think of one thing i haven't replaced that affects the running of the engine.

i beleive there is also a fuse for each bank of injectors If all even or odd side injectors are dead, then the fuse would be a good place to start. I dont know exacly where the fuse is, though. As easy way to verify if their dead is to take a screwdriver and palce its tip on the injector in question and put your ear to the handle. You should be able to hear a steady clicking as the injector opens and closes.
