My friend has an 82 Vette engine (350 of course). I looked at the heads and they looked like they would flow a little better than my L98s. Anybody know if these heads would be good for anything ? I can get em for free.... Hehe Thanx

AFAIK they are 76cc smog heads and not worth a damn.

They are garbage. Like Jim said, they are 76cc, so they will take a good point off your compression ratio. They also have the huge shrouding around the exhaust valve guide (passive EGR as it were). They should be casting # 882, commonly thought of as one of the better samples of one of the worst head designs for a 350.

Just wrapping chicken s*** in Vette fiberglass instead of van or Caprice sheet metal doesn't turn it into chicken salad.
