Increasing intake flow is just what most of us are trying to accomplish. Larger runners and intake base passages should allow you to flow better. If your plenum has been ported and the throttle body is large enough to feed everything, there shouldn't be any problems.

Oh, by the way, is you cam profile demanding more intake flow?
