Ok, I get blue smoke when I start the car, but it's not ALWAYS... just sometimes. Why would oil get burned sometimes?
Also, my car thinks he's carburated or something like that. It's a TPI, but most of the time I have to give it some gas to start it up. And sometimes I turn off the car, and try to start it back again it won't start, I'll need to floor it while cranking it for a few secs before fuel finally get there and it starts up. This doesn't happen EVERY time, just when the car decides to do it.
Hope I was clear enough

The smoke is probably oil smoke from your valve stem seals. No big deal. Your start hesitation is probably due to dirty injectors. Run premium gas and a tank of fuel injection treatment.
