WE are in the middle of a valve seal job.. We tried counting the number turns required to take rocker off.. but we are only close.. 6-6.5 turns..
The car has crane 1.6:1 roller rockers.. *** knows if there is a cam in it.. i assume stock.. is there a way to know? without looking at it.. ..

Also .. how do you set the valve lash?

i measure the distance from the top of the nut to the top of the stud with a dial caliper, makes it real easy to put back together. a bolt and jam nut arrangement will work in a bind. look in your manual or search here for how to on valve lash.
